A bat mitzvah is a milestone occasion for a teenage girl. And for one lucky ballerina, Allison Sargent Events made her day extra special by incorporating her love of dance into the evening.

To create a ballet theme for the guest of honor, ASE transformed a Hilton ballroom into the set of a ballet production using silk draping, custom lighting and furniture to create the right ambiance. The pink, white and purple color palette had the power to be transformational, and it set the tone for a night to remember.

Exclusively for the teenage guests, an area was sectioned off and designed like a dance club, featuring furniture in the theme colors and elaborate beaded silk draperies. A separate adult seating area welcomed guests with leather banquettes, lending itself to a beautiful backdrop for rich flower displays.

ASE designed and incorporated a custom monogram into all the decorative elements. Oversized silhouettes of the monogram were placed around the room, and served as the centerpiece for the custom bar. On every tabletop, custom pink and purple silk napkins also featured the monogram.

Guests young and old enjoyed posing for pictures in front of an innovative green screen photo booth, dancing to the DJ’s upbeat tunes and noshing on a custom cake.

Before departing, each guest received a one-of-a-kind cookie adorned with a custom graphic — a sweet treat to close out an amazing evening.
